* 5–10 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or technical-lead role.
* Hands-on experience building AI/LLM features, including RAG, prompt engineering, vector search, or model orchestration.
* Experience with enterprise system integration; SAP ECC/S4HANA experience is preferred.
* Strong problem-solving, technical ownership, communication, code review, and mentoring skills.
* Ability to work with high-level architecture and translate it into production-ready technical solutions.
* Bachelor`s/Master`s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
