(Senior) Sales Operations Manager (gn)

Your mission

As a Senior Sales Operations Manager (gn), you will play a central role in our sales organisation. You will develop scalable processes, shape our CRM and sales tool landscape, and use automation, AI and data-driven reporting to create greater efficiency and transparency. You will work closely with Sales Leadership, team leads, Marketing and Operations. As part of a small team, you will have plenty of room to shape how our sales organisation evolves and make a direct impact on its performance. • You analyse and standardise our sales processes across the entire customer journey and develop them for sustainable scale
• You further develop our CRM and sales tool landscape, particularly HubSpot, while ensuring data quality and consistent system usage
• You identify opportunities for automation, implement AI-supported solutions and introduce new technologies to the sales organisation in a structured way
• You establish KPI frameworks, forecasting models, performance dashboards and regular quality reviews
• You analyse conversion rates, sales cycles, deal sizes and segment performance, turning your findings into concrete improvements
• You support Sales Leadership and team leads with clear decision-making insights and coordinate closely with Marketing and Operations

Your profile

• You have several years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or process management
• You bring strong hands-on CRM expertise, ideally with HubSpot or Dynamics
• You have a strong analytical mindset and are confident working with KPIs, reporting and forecasting
• You are highly skilled at designing structured processes and scalable ways of working
• You can explain complex topics clearly and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
• You take ownership and turn ideas into reliable implementation
• You have excellent German skills at C2 level and good English skills at least at B2 level
