You have 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a closely related business operations role.
You understand enterprise selling motions and can navigate the operating realities of direct sales, channel sales, and VAR or reseller relationships.

You understand sales processes, funnel management, forecasting, pipeline inspection, CRM hygiene, CPQ, and the operational levers that influence seller productivity.
You have experience with Salesforce reporting and can use Excel or Google Sheets to analyze complex data sets and build practical operating tools.
You can turn analysis into clear, decision-ready communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you proactively identify and solve problems without waiting for permission.
