The Senior Sales Operations Analyst - Compensation plays a pivotal role in driving the operational execution and integrity of our global sales incentive programs. In this role, you will collaborate with the Global Sales Compensation team to help ensure field sales personnel are paid accurately and on time, maintain data integrity across systems, manage territory alignment and hierarchy changes, administer SPIFFs, and resolve commission inquiries with transparency and professionalism.
The ideal candidate possesses deep analytical rigor, expertise in automated Sales Performance Management (SPM) platforms, and strong communication skills to translate complex compensation logic into clear insights for sales leadership and field representatives.
