Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Specialist to lead our Rice Mill Machinery sales division. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in selling heavy agricultural machinery and industrial milling equipment. Because our product lines feature high-value capital equipment (single unit/project values averaging near 1 Crore BDT), candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of handling high-ticket B2B sales cycles and closing complex enterprise deals.

Responsibilities:

• Drive High-Value Sales: Identify, target, and close sales opportunities for large-scale rice mill machinery projects (individual deal values up to 1 Crore BDT and above).
• Client Relationship & Consultative Selling: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective mill owners, enterprise agricultural businesses, and commercial grain processors across Bangladesh.
• On-Site Field Operations: Regularly visit mill sites outside Dhaka to conduct field assessments, present technical proposals, and negotiate terms directly with key decision-makers.
• Pipeline & Project Management: Manage the entire sales cycle—from technical consultation, site assessment, and machinery proposal design to final price negotiation and closing.
• Team Leadership & Sales Strategy: Work collaboratively with the internal sales and engineering teams to achieve target volume and grow market share in the industrial milling sector.
