Senior Regional Admission Officer

Responsibilities & Context

The Senior Regional Admission Officer is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the day-to-day operational execution and regional business development within your territory. You will manage, mentor, and guide a regional team to ensure high standards of application processing, compliance, and partner service.

You will act as the operational bridge between the regional team and Campora’s wider strategy, ensuring that recruitment targets and operational KPIs are met while maintaining strong B2B relationships with agencies and educational partners.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Operational Leadership

Day-to-Day Supervision: Provide daily oversight and operational guidance to the regional admission team, ensuring workflows are managed effectively and staff are supported.
Mentorship & Development: Foster a high-performance culture by coaching team members, monitoring individual performance, and identifying training needs to improve efficiency.
Workflow Optimisation: Identify processing bottlenecks or administrative hurdles, implementing immediate corrective actions to maintain team productivity.
Resource Planning: Assist the Head of Campora Services in workforce planning, onboarding, and the management of team capacity to meet fluctuating application volumes.

Operational Oversight & Compliance

Quality Assurance: Monitor lead handling standards, response times, and application quality across your territory, ensuring that all submissions meet strict university entry requirements.
Compliance Governance: Maintain rigorous oversight of operational processes to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
