Senior Product Marketing Manager (Physical AI & Autonomy)

1. Own the Alfie & Physical AI Narrative

• Develop the core messaging and positioning for Alfie - value props, differentiators, use cases - and own the framework that Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and External Comms all draw from.
• Translate complex robotics and AI concepts into language that lands with the audience in front of you, whether that's a plant manager, a procurement lead, or a skeptical engineer.

2. Content & Sales Enablement

• Own the Alfie whitepaper, technical datasheets, solution briefs, and use case fact sheets - written to be used, not filed away.
• Build and own the Alfie sales enablement deck, competitive battlecards, and demo scripts - and drive adoption to 100% among Alfie-selling AEs, not just ship-and-hope.
• Run enablement sessions so commercial teams can articulate Alfie's value confidently and consistently.

3. A Real Seat at the Product Table

• Named Product/Engineering counterpart and a recurring, calendar-mandated syncs.
• Standing invite to Alfie roadmap - access by default.
• Close the loop: bring field and customer insight back into Product, and get roadmap context out to Sales before it's old news.

5. RobCoN Launch & Content Production

• Own video production for Alfie end-to-end - from the recurring proof-point films that build the campaign through to the flagship film that plays live on the RobCoN stage.
• Drive Alfie's presence across the full run-up to RobCoN - our biggest product launch to date - partnering closely with Product and external creative partners to ship against a fixed, public-facing calendar.
• Own the RobCoN messaging framework and speaker briefing materials, and help shape how the live stage moments land.
• This is a high-visibility, high-stakes mandate: the work you ship here will be seen by the entire company, our customers, and the market, at the most important moment in RobCo's history so far.
