Strong product judgment and the confidence to develop and communicate a clear point of view, even when there are lots of opinions in the room.
Deep customer curiosity and a desire to understand the problem behind what customers are asking for.
Commercial instincts and an understanding of how product decisions can influence adoption, retention, revenue, and growth.

Strong prioritization skills and the ability to separate what’s interesting from what will actually have an impact.
The ability to influence and create alignment across technical teams, business leaders, founders, and executives without relying on formal authority.
Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, moving quickly, learning, and adjusting as you go.
Someone who genuinely enjoys a startup environment that is fast moving, evolving, highly collaborative, and all hands on deck.
Strong product design instincts and hands-on Figma experience, with the ability to take product ideas from concept to thoughtful, intuitive designs and iterate quickly.
Comfortable using AI tools as part of your everyday work and excited about finding new ways to use AI to think, build, learn, and execute faster.
Experience in SaaS, ecommerce, product-led growth, or another fast-moving technology environment is an asset.
