Experience: Minimum one year of relevant work experience, Having a PGD in SCM from any reputed education alliance will be an added advantage.
Key Requirement: Strong negotiation skills to secure cost-effective supplier contracts while maintaining product quality and internal operational demands and external market vendors.

Knowledge of specific spend areas, raw materials/electric and electronic items/goods/food item/grocery and etc, or direct/indirect procurement.
A history of successfully building backup supplier networks to prevent severe inventory shortages.
Agro based industry
Required competencies: Strong organizational & Communication skills both English and Bangla.
Proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence.
Additional Requirement : Age preferably 25years+
Willingness to travel frequently all over Bangladesh.

Vendor Identification: Finding, evaluating, and onboarding new suppliers that meet company standards.
Price Negotiation: Negotiating commercial terms, payment windows, and volume discounts with vendors.
Purchase Order Management: Creating, tracking, and verifying Purchase Orders (POs) through internal ERP systems.
Contract Monitoring: Ensuring suppliers comply with agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Aligning with finance for payments, logistics for delivery, and warehousing for stock counts.
Invoice Reconciliation: Resolving price or quantity discrepancies between invoices, POs, and goods received notes.
