Senior Performance Marketer – Media Buying & Analytics

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer who can go beyond simply launching and managing ads.

This role is for someone who understands the complete performance marketing ecosystem — from media buying and campaign strategy to tracking, attribution, analytics, optimization, and scaling.

The right person should be comfortable managing significant advertising budgets across multiple clients and making decisions based on business outcomes, not vanity metrics.

• Plan, launch, manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across:
• Meta Ads
• Google Ads
• TikTok Ads
• Develop performance marketing strategies based on client objectives, funnel stages, audience behaviour, and available data.
• Manage campaigns focused on:
• E-commerce Sales
• Lead Generation
• Customer Acquisition
• Website Conversion
• Awareness & Retargeting
• Identify why a campaign is performing or underperforming and recommend actionable solutions.
• Make informed scaling decisions based on campaign data instead of blindly increasing budgets.
• Monitor creative fatigue, audience performance, funnel drop-offs, attribution issues, and conversion quality.
• Work closely with the creative/content team to provide performance-based creative insights and briefs.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of performance analytics and marketing measurement.

Required Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Media Buying.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Practical experience with Google Ads.
• TikTok Ads experience will be highly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
• Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets.
• Strong understanding of campaign structures, optimization, testing, retargeting, and scaling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to create and interpret performance reports.
• Comfortable working with numbers and large datasets.
• Understanding of customer acquisition funnels and conversion journeys.
