Senior Partner Manager (Retail)

What you’ll be doing:

• Build and grow strategic referral partnerships across EMEA, focusing on both prospective and existing partners in the Dutch market.
• Identify new partnership opportunities while expanding and strengthening relationships with current partners to drive incremental revenue.
• Develop, manage, and sustain a high-quality pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and partner collaboration.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiate agreements, and oversee a seamless onboarding experience for new partners.
• Enable and support existing partners through training, sales support, and co-selling initiatives to maximize performance.
• Design and implement incentive programs and promotions to motivate partners and boost lead-generation productivity.
• Collaborate closely with Strategic Sales teams across EMEA to generate high-quality leads and ensure consistent pipeline follow-up.
• Act as the main point of contact and advocate for partners within Lightspeed, building strong internal alignment.
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline reporting and forecasts to senior management.
• Deliver measurable ROI, insights, and reporting on partnership impact to drive market share growth and brand awareness.
• Stay informed on local and regional market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
• Represent Lightspeed at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities across EMEA.

What you need to bring:

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in partnerships, channel sales, or business development roles.
• Experience managing both new business (prospecting) and existing partner relationships (account management/growth).
• SaaS sales experience, ideally within retail or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of the UK market and its commercial landscape.
• Ability to develop and execute partner growth strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally in an international environment.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
• A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a results-driven attitude.
