Senior Officer / Assistant Manager, PID

Checking & verifying all bills before forwarding them for payment.

Account & keeping record for all parties payment.

Maintain appropriate controls over banking transactions, fund movements, cash management and related financial activities.

Manage cash-flow planning, treasury management, budget-versus-actual reports, banking relationships, fund management, and financial risk management.

Ensure compliance with applicable taxation, VAT, statutory, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements.

Coordinate required financial and regulatory submissions and maintain appropriate supporting records and documentation.

Coordinate statutory and internal audits and ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.

Reviewing and verifying bills and preparing payment notes accordingly.

Maintaining a comprehensive database of individual bills and payments, and utilizing Tally software as required.

Perform other duties assigned by the Management as and when required.
