Senior Manager Sales- TV and Home Appliance

Job Overview:

RFL Group, one of Bangladesh’s largest and most diversified manufacturing conglomerates, with business interests in plastics, stationery, metal, melamine, PVC, chemicals, real estate, furniture, industrial products, light engineering, leather goods, and electrical & electronics, is looking for accomplished and visionary Sales Leaders to lead its TV and Home Appliances Sales Division.

The incumbent will be responsible for formulating and executing the overall sales strategy, driving revenue and profitability, expanding market presence, leading high-performing sales teams, strengthening channel partnerships and customer relationships, and ensuring the successful sales and marketing of TV and home appliance products while delivering sustainable business growth.

Job Location: Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

• Lead, motivate, coach, and monitor the sales team to maximize productivity and achieve individual and team KPIs.

• Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and expand the customer base through effective business development initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, channel partners, and individual buyers.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and pricing to recommend effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute digital, offline, and promotional activities that drive lead generation and sales.

• Ensure effective CRM management, timely follow-up of sales leads, accurate sales forecasting, budgeting, and preparation of management reports.

• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth booking, documentation, payment collection, registration, and property handover while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Develop and retain high-performing sales professionals, monitor customer satisfaction, resolve customer issues.
