As Senior Performance Marketing Manager B2B, you own the top of SIXT's B2B sales funnel and the budget behind it, globally, across every market that matters to us.

SEA is our most important lead generation channel, and you run programmatic campaigns across the other paid media platforms alongside it. Your challenge is to turn that whole surface into one system: agentic workflows you build and run yourself, live feedback loops between what we spend and what turns into revenue, and sharper targeting every week. • You own the strategy, the budget, and the results for B2B paid marketing across all business segments and all markets we sell in, with search advertising (SEA) as the primary channel and other paid media such as Meta, LinkedIn, display, and programmatic alongside it
• You find the right businesses in a very large market, building the segments, keyword and bidding logic, and the targeting that separate the accounts worth winning from the rest
• You work agentically by default, building, running, and supervising the AI workflows that carry the campaign load, including bid management, audience building, creative testing, and lead-quality feedback loops, built on SIXT's AI toolchain of MCP-connected tools and internal platforms such as SIXTgpt and Claude
• You make sense of our data and act on it, combining CRM records, lead enrichment, campaign and revenue data, deciding which KPIs actually matter for the business, and turning them into a budget, bidding, or targeting decision
• You decide where the money goes, allocating and forecasting spend across channels and markets against return on ad spend, profitability, and customer lifetime value, and against what SIXT needs strategically
• You own a reporting and alerting system that lets SIXT marketing steer rather than react, with alerts when something moves off trend, AI-generated recommendations, and automated workflows that act on them
