Lead the design of a financial accounting system compliant with the regulations of Bangladesh Bank (BB), focusing on the financial standardization processes for core businesses such as microfinance interest calculation rules, mobile phone installment fee recognition, and fund settlement procedures.
Profoundly understand Bangladesh`s Bank Companies Act, Microcredit Regulatory Authority Act, and Fintech-related tax policies; coordinate VAT, corporate income tax filing, and cross-border tax planning; respond to tax inspections, BB compliance audits, and external audits to ensure financial documents meet regulatory requirements.
Responsible for budget formulation, cost control, and fund management, with a focus on monitoring credit asset quality (non-performing rate, recovery rate) and liquidity risks; regularly issue financial analysis reports to provide data support for business pricing and risk reserve provision.
