Requirements

Education

Bachelor/Honors

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Apparel Engineering, or a relevant discipline from a reputed university.
Professional training/certification in Lean Manufacturing, IE, Six Sigma, or Productivity Improvement will be an added advantage.

Experience

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Requirements

Age 32 to 45 years

Candidates with strong experience in large-scale vertical composite factories will be given preference.
Strong knowledge of SMV/SAM, Time Study, Capacity Study, Line Balancing, Efficiency & Productivity Improvement.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/Production Management Software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
