Position Overview
The Manager / Deputy Manager– Operations will be responsible for leading end-to-end warehouse, inventory, quality control, reverse logistics, and fulfillment operations to ensure seamless product availability and customer experience. The role will drive operational excellence, inventory health, logistics efficiency, and process improvements while supporting Arogga's growth and expansion initiatives.The ideal candidate will combine strong operational execution with analytical and strategic capabilities to optimize supply chain performance, reduce operational losses, and build scalable processes for a fast-growing health-tech and e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead inbound operations, including receiving, quality inspection, inventory put-away, and stock management.
● Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes.
● Develop and enforce SOPs to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
● Oversee quality control processes for inbound and returned products.
● Manage inventory audit and compliance activities across warehouse operations.
● Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve operational standards.
● Lead reverse logistics operations, including product returns, inspections, and disposition management.
● Monitor inventory aging and implement strategies to minimize expiry-related losses.
● Drive liquidation initiatives for near-expiry inventory in collaboration with commercial teams.
● Ensure efficient order fulfillment and dispatch operations.
● Work closely with logistics teams and partners to improve delivery performance and service levels.
● Optimize operational costs while maintaining customer experience standards.
● Collaborate with Procurement, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to align inventory with demand forecasts.
● Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
● Lead productivity, cost optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
● Support warehouse expansion, process redesign, and operational scaling projects.
● Develop data-driven recommendations to improve capacity utilization and operational performance.
● Participate in cross-functional initiatives to support business growth objectives.
● Lead and develop warehouse, inventory, quality, and operational teams.
● Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
● Monitor team KPIs and drive performance management initiatives.

Required Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
● 12–15+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations.
● Proven experience managing teams and driving operational improvements.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
● Experience in e-commerce, health-tech, pharmacy, FMCG, or retail operations preferred.
