Senior Lead Strategy Manager B2B (m/f/d)

Additional Information

• Sales experience You have worked in or directly alongside B2B sales teams and you know the lead and sales funnel from the inside, including how sales incentives, targets, and KPIs work. Experience in a company that sells to consumers and businesses at the same time, and to both small companies and large enterprises, is a plus
• B2B judgement You are comfortable building lead journeys and funnels for different account sizes, you know how B2B sales cycles work, and you can turn that into a lead scoring model. Familiarity with qualification and scoring frameworks such as BANT/CHAMP/MEDDIC is a plus
• Tooling You have worked inside a lead management system such as Salesforce or HubSpot, you know what a lead record holds and what it takes to make one usable, and you have used enrichment tools like ZoomInfo. Experience with digital self-service booking or account-creation funnels is a plus
• Strategy and execution You think strategically and end to end, and you can take a concept from first principles all the way to implementation yourself, with a bias for action and the drive to run your projects independently
• Communication You can explain a complex process simply enough that a salesperson in another country adopts it, and you moderate between teams through SLAs and shared KPI
• Stakeholder management You have gotten things adopted by teams that did not report to you, ideally including senior stakeholders, and you can talk us through how you did it
