Senior IE Executive

Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard time/cycle time for carton and packaging production processes.

Analyze machine capacity, line balancing, and layout for auto carton production lines.

Monitor machine and line efficiency, productivity, and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)

Identify bottlenecks in production flow and recommend process/layout improvements.

Work with production and maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime and improve throughput.

Analyze wastage (raw material/paper wastage) and recommend reduction measures.

Prepare production capacity planning in line with order/delivery schedules.

Conduct manpower planning and skill matrix analysis for production lines.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly IE reports (efficiency, productivity, wastage, machine utilization).

Support costing based on machine capacity and cycle time.
