Position: Senior HR Manager

Asmi Super Shop is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to strengthen our human resource operations and build an efficient, disciplined, and professional team.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Workforce Planning: Recruit suitable employees, coordinate staff placement, and ensure adequate staffing across outlets and the head office.
• HR Operations: Oversee attendance, duty rosters, leave management, and employee discipline, and coordinate with the relevant department on payroll preparation.
• Performance and Training: Assess employee performance, identify training needs, and support improvements in productivity and customer service.
• Management Coordination: Work closely with outlet managers and senior management to resolve staffing challenges and maintain smooth operations.
• Employee Relations and Compliance: Address employee concerns fairly, implement HR policies, and promote a respectful and accountable workplace in line with applicable labour laws.
