Well IT
We help businesses across the UK, USA, Europe, Australia, and the Gulf build dedicated remote teams, and we're looking for someone who already knows how to win international clients and can own that engine from day one. This is a senior seat. You'll set the pace for how we open, nurture, and close global accounts.
What You'll Own
• Drive client acquisition across our international markets
• Build and manage a pipeline from first touch to signed contract
• Lead outreach across LinkedIn, email, phone, and more
• Sharpen our sales process and help mentor junior team members

Schedule
9 AM to 6 PM (6 days a week)
What You Bring
• Minimum 4 years in global sales, client acquisition, or business development
• Experience in an IT or BPO company is a must
• A proven track record of closing international B2B clients
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Confidence dealing with decision-makers across time zones
• Self-driven, accountable, and results-obsessed
