We are looking for a Senior Front-end Engineer to develop and maintain elegant, responsive, fast, and pixel-perfect user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will be responsible for creating fast, scalable, and user-friendly web applications, writing clean, reusable code while following best practices and understanding core browser behavior.
Job Details: * Workplace: On-site (Baridhara DOHS) * Working Hours: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM (Dhaka Time), Monday to Friday * Vacancies: 1 * Experience Required: 5 – 10 years * Salary: BDT 1,20,000 – 1,80,000/monthly (Negotiable based on skills and experience) * Must-Have: The candidate must be very strong on HTML, CSS & JS, and proficient English speaker to communicate with clients. Having experience with outsourcing clients will be preferred.
Job Description: * Develop and maintain elegant, responsive, fast, and pixel-perfect user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Strong proficiency in CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS. * Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. * Experience with modern UI frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. * Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development. * Solid understanding of web accessibility standards and practices (WCAG). * Work with the design team, project managers, business analysts, software developers and users across the organization and create a fast, intuitive, and easy-to-use frontend. * Collaborate with product & UX team in brainstorming, research, and wireframe translation into reusable components for use across the organization. * Do daily communications with foreign clients, understand their needs, discuss the approach, and work accordingly. * Good communication skill in English is a must.
Additional Job Requirements: * Optimize web applications for performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth user interactions. * Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git. * Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. * Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. * Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills. * Good project management skills.
