Senior Executive/Executive - Procurement

Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.

Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms of Pricing, Quality, Quantity.

Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.

Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.

Overseeing and managing the inventory and the supply of goods & preparing procurement reports.

Understanding of the local market, suppliers, contractors` requirements.

Collect quotations from various vendors and suppliers.

Maintain smooth supply chain management·

Prepare plan for proper sourcing and on time delivery of required items·

Collect price quotations, prepare comparative statement (CS) and collect approval of purchase·

Conduct market survey in order to develop new/alternative suppliers·

Liaise with store to ensure receiving of goods with desired quality, quantity or any other perimeters.

Analyze costs across many different areas of the supply chain to find ways to reduce costs.

Coordinates and executes the purchasing transactions.

Investigates and develops sources of supplies, interprets purchasing procedures to operations and vendors for material categories.
