Position Overview:

• AYAT Education is looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Visual Communications & Multimedia to lead the organization's visual storytelling and multimedia production. This role will be responsible for producing high-quality graphics, photography, videography, video editing, motion graphics, and digital content that strengthen AYAT Education's brand and communicate the impact of its education, healthcare, caregiving, skills development, and migration initiatives.
• The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can transform programs, people, and impact into compelling multimedia content across digital platforms, publications, reports, campaigns, and events. The position requires both creative excellence and the ability to work closely with program teams, researchers, and communications professionals to document AYAT's work professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Storytelling and Multimedia Production

• Lead the production of compelling visual stories showcasing AYAT Education's programs, beneficiaries, students, caregivers, faculty, partners, and community impact
• Capture and produce high-quality photography and videography for organizational campaigns, field visits, training programs, events, workshops, and institutional activities
• Develop documentary-style impact stories, testimonials, success stories, interviews, and promotional videos
• Create multimedia content tailored for social media, websites, digital campaigns, presentations, and donor communications

Graphic Design and Brand Identity

• Design creative marketing and communication materials aligned with AYAT Education's brand guidelines
• Produce brochures, leaflets, flyers, banners, posters, roll-up stands, certificates, presentation templates, social media creatives, infographics, and digital advertisements
• Maintain visual consistency across all AYAT Education ventures and communication platforms
• Support branding initiatives for AYAT Care, ACNHS, ACTI, ASDC, AYAT Network, and research projects

Video Editing, Animation, and Motion Graphics

• Edit professional promotional videos, interviews, event highlights, educational videos, and campaign videos
• Produce short-form videos optimized for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms
• Develop animations, motion graphics, animated explainers, logo animations, and infographic videos for campaigns and presentations
• Ensure videos are optimized for different digital platforms and audience engagement

Publications, Reports, and Creative Design

• Lead the visual design and layout of annual reports, donor reports, research publications, white papers, newsletters, policy briefs, and institutional documents
• Design publications that meet professional standards for development partners, donors, and corporate stakeholders
• Coordinate with the Research & Knowledge Management team to create visually engaging knowledge products and publications

Digital Content and Campaign Support

• Collaborate with the Communications Manager and Digital Marketing team to produce creative assets for marketing campaigns and admissions promotions
• Develop visual content for student recruitment, caregiver recruitment, skilled migration campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and public awareness campaigns
• Support live campaign coverage through photography, videography, and real-time content creation during events and field activities

Website and Digital Experience Support

• Prepare visual assets for AYAT Education's websites and landing pages
• Coordinate with website developers to ensure visual consistency across websites
• Support website redesign, user interface improvements, and digital asset management
• Contribute ideas to improve user experience (UI/UX) and visual engagement across digital platforms

Creative Asset Management and Innovation

• Maintain AYAT Education's digital media library, including photographs, videos, design templates, icons, brand assets, and project archives
• Develop standard templates for presentations, reports, social media campaigns, and organizational communication materials
• Stay updated on emerging trends in multimedia storytelling, AI-powered design tools, animation, photography, videography, and digital content production
• Explore innovative formats and technologies to strengthen AYAT Education's digital presence and audience engagement
