Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Sales & Operation (Retail Fashion - Sailor)

Sales & Outlet Operations

• Drive daily, monthly, seasonal, and annual sales targets across assigned outlets.
• Monitor outlet performance, sales growth, footfall, conversion, ATV, UPT, and other key KPIs.
• Conduct regular outlet visits, identify operational gaps, and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Ensure consistent customer experience and operational standards across outlets.

Inventory & Visual Merchandising

• Monitor stock availability, accuracy, replenishment, transfers, and back-store management.
• Recommend product allocation and inter-outlet stock transfers based on demand and sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with VM, seasonal displays, product presentation, signage, and campaign guidelines.

People Development

• Coach and support outlet teams to improve sales and customer service.
• Conduct training on sales techniques, product knowledge, customer service, and operational excellence.

B2B Sales

• Drive B2B sales and achieve assigned business targets.
• Identify and develop corporate, institutional, and bulk-buying customers.
• Maintain client relationships and follow up on leads, quotations, orders, and repeat business.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for product availability, pricing, and order fulfillment.

Reporting

• Maintain outlet visit, audit, inventory, VM, B2B, and customer-related records.
• Prepare regular sales, operational, and performance reports for management.
