Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Mobile & Gadgets)

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily orders against available stock, coordinate sourcing with sellers, and ensure product availability to minimize stock-related cancellations.

Manage day-to-day relationships with sellers, distributors, and brands and ensure timely stock confirmation and order fulfillment.

Negotiate competitive pricing, commercial terms, promotional offers, and product availability with assigned sellers.

Ensure accurate and timely updates of product prices, stock, variants, offers, specifications, and promotional information on the website.

Monitor competitor pricing, market offers, product launches, and availability, identify pricing gaps, and recommend appropriate actions.

Support achievement of category sales targets through assortment expansion, new seller/SKU onboarding, product launches, promotions, and campaign execution.

Monitor pending, delayed, and cancelled orders and coordinate with sellers and internal teams for timely resolution.

Track category sales, stock availability, seller performance, pricing, cancellations, and promotional performance and prepare regular business reports.

Identify business opportunities, category trends, potential risks, and performance gaps and provide recommendations to support category growth.

Coordinate with Marketing, Content, Customer Experience, Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, and Accounts & Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of category activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a relevant discipline.

Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Category Management, E-commerce, Retail, Mobile, Gadgets, or Consumer Electronics.

Good knowledge of smartphones, mobile accessories, gadgets, brands, pricing, and current market trends.

Strong seller management, negotiation, and commercial skills.

Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and business reporting.

Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
