Responsibilities & Context

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies, targets, and action plan tiles and sanitary ware products.
Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure team target achievement within the assigned region.
Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial and industrial projects.
Manage key clients including developers, contractors, architects, engineers, consultants and dealers.
Supervise, guide and motivate the subordinates to improve performance and productivity.
Monitor field activities, market coverage and client visits of team members.
Lead negotiations, pricing discussions and contract finalization within approved authority.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues related to quality, delivery or service.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies and customer demands.
Provide strategic market insights and recommendations to senior management.
Support products launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions and trade marketing activities.
Prepare sales forecast, performance reports and regional sales analysis.
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh, depending on business requirements.
