The Senior Executive – Sustainability & Project Development will be responsible for following up on and implementing SBTi action plans across Masco Group, conducting energy audits to identify scope for improvement and preparing recommendations, carrying out feasibility studies for proposed sustainability and energy projects, and regularly updating management on the progress and outcomes of these initiatives. The role requires strong analytical capability, cross-functional coordination, and on-site engagement with factories to drive measurable sustainability outcomes.
Location: Tongi, Gazipur
(Job requires regular visits to Masco Group's manufacturing units and project sites)
