Senior Executive - Reservation & Ticketing

Sadik Travels & Tours (A Government Approved Travel Agency & Associate Member of ATAB) is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Senior Executive - Reservation & Ticketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Air Ticket Reservation & Issuance: Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings, check flight availability, and issue tickets within ticketing time limits (TTL).
• PNR & GDS (Sabre) Operations: Manage PNRs accurately using GDS – Sabre.
• Airline Agent & LCC Portals: Work efficiently with various Airline Agent and LCC Portals, such as Air Arabia, IndiGo, FITS, AirAsia, and other airline web/NDC platforms.
• Reissue, Refund & Cancellations: Process ticket reissues, revalidations, cancellations, refunds, voids, and no-show cases while calculating fare differences, taxes, and penalties.
• Fare Quotations: Prepare accurate fare quotes, itineraries, and booking options for individual customers, corporate clients, and B2B partners.
• Customer Support & Communication: Provide professional service to clients through phone, email, and WhatsApp, handling ancillary services like seat selection, baggage, and meals.
• Queue & Schedule Monitoring: Regularly check booking queues, ticketing deadlines, flight schedule changes, and airline notifications to avoid booking dropouts.
• Problem Resolution & Coordination: Resolve complex ticketing issues and handle involuntary flight changes by coordinating with airlines, consolidators, and GDS helpdesks.
• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Ensure proper coordination between Operations, Accounts, Sales, and Digital Marketing teams to support business development, sales, and smooth operations.
• Compliance & Financial Coordination: Follow airline fare rules, company SOPs, and IATA procedures to maintain accuracy, prevent ADMs, and assist Accounts with reconciliation.
• Reporting & Record Keeping: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, while keeping track of pending refunds, unpaid bookings, and travel documentation.
