Senior Executive (Recipe Management) - Yarn Dyeing

Job Purpose

To manage yarn dyeing recipe and process control, improve RFT & LpMpD and production efficiency, and ensure achievement of departmental targets through effective monitoring, coordination, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Recipe Management: Maintain, review, and control all yarn dyeing recipes.

• Recipe Issuing: Provide correct and approved recipes for production batches.

• Lab Coordination: Coordinate closely with Lab for shade matching, recipe development, sample approval, and timely shade clearance.

• RFT & Recipe Accuracy: Ensure accurate recipe preparation and correction, Lot Per Machine Per Day (LpMpD) required 2 ,analyze RFT performance and root causes, and take corrective actions to minimize unnecessary additions and achieve the targeted RFT ≥ 80%.

• Target Achievement: Follow up daily and monthly production and quality targets and ensure achievement.

• Process Monitoring: Monitor critical process parameters, extra additions, rework, and batch processing time.

• Performance Analysis: Analyze RFT, production, recipe, and machine performance.

• Problem Solving: Identify recurring recipe, shade, and process issues and implement corrective actions.

• Coordination: Coordinate with Lab, QC, Production, Planning, and other relevant departments for smooth operation.

• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve productivity, quality, process efficiency, and reduce rework.
