Senior Executive - Quality Control

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Chemistry, Chemistry
• Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry

• BSc or MSc in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry from a recognized university.

• 5 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• Age 26 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of QC laboratory practices and analytical techniques.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, AAS, pH Meter and Viscometer.
• Experience in in-process quality control within manufacturing environments.
• Good understanding of GMP, quality systems, CAPA and root-cause analysis.
• Experience in raw-material, packaging-material and finished-product testing.
• Experience handling quality complaints, investigations and corrective actions.
• Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Production, QA, R&D, Supply Chain and other cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel periodically to different manufacturing facilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in a multinational or reputable domestic personal-care/cosmetics organization, including at least 4 years in in-process quality control.
• Practical knowledge of QC laboratory instruments and analytical methods.
• Working knowledge of microbiology, packaging quality, raw-material testing, documentation, RCA, CAPA and risk assessment.
• Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional coordination skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel across manufacturing facilities as required.
