Responsibilities & Context

Develop detailed production plans and time-action calendars (T&A) based on buyer requirements, order quantity, and capacity and shipment dates;
Set production targets for each line/ machine/ department.
Build and maintain master production schedules (MPS) based on sales forecasts and inventory targets.
Track planned vs actual production
Monitor efficiency, productivity, downtime, and line performance.
Prepare daily production reports and MIS report.
Communicate potential shipment risks to management and merchandising.
Monitor daily workflows and address bottlenecks to prevent production delays.
