• Bachelor/Honors degree from any recognized university.
• BBA/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant discipline will be preferred.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Land Management, Property Management & Preservation Services

• Age 24 to 50 years
• Only Male

Experience Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate, Land Sales, Property Sales or Developer companies.
• Candidates with proven experience in land sales will get preference.

Additional Requirements

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Strong client relationship management ability.
• Good knowledge of the Bangladesh real estate and land market.
• Ability to conduct regular outdoor visits and client meetings.
• Smart, energetic, confident and target-oriented personality.
• Strong follow-up and closing ability.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM/reporting tools.
• Must be willing to work under sales targets and performance pressure.
