He must have leadership qualities, initiative, self drive, self motivation and capabilities to properly supervise activities of employees working under him.
He must have good command over both Bangla and English.
Computer literacy is essential.
Responsibilities & Context
Execute administrative & HR rules of the factory.
Perform recruitment related works as per SOP or instructed by the authority.
Prepare and update job descriptions of factory employees' and get approval from the authority.
Take legal action after getting approval from the authority.
Control and look after security affairs.
Coordinate CBA related activities.
Supervise labor, security and medical related activities.
Look after factory civil works related activities.
Ensure renewal licenses in due time.
Ensure cleanliness of factory premises.
Supervise and maintain gardening & husbandry related activities of the factory.
Prepare work order as per requirement of the factory.
Look after workers colony affairs.
Arrange different training program & scheduling works.
Prepare annual training schedule for officer, staff and worker of the factory and take necessary steps to implement it.
Arrange monthly scheduled meeting and other meeting as instructed by the authority.
Update and preserve personal information of all employees.
Counseling and evaluation of employees as instructed by the authority.
Collect internal training evaluation report and analyze improvement of trainees as per procedure and collect performance appraisal report from departments and preserve them on approval of higher authority.
Prepare proposal for recommendation of special benefit, increment and promotion according to performance appraisal reports of officers, staff and workers.
Coordinate departmental activities with others.
Discharge ISO related activities as per Quality System Procedure (QSP).
