Senior Executive-Factory Admin

Must have minimum 3 Years of impressive experience in Factory Administration, Disciplinary Action and huge Workforce Management.

Strong knowledge of factory administration and huge amount of workforce management.

Good understanding of labor law, workplace discipline and employee welfare practices.

Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.

Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency issues.

Strong leadership, negotiation and team-management capability.

Willingness to work in a factory environment and according to operational requirements.
