Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or a related discipline from a reputed institution.
Candidates with relevant professional qualifications and strong practical expertise may also be considered.
Experience in garment/apparel design and product development, preferably within a reputed export-oriented RMG organization.
Candidates with experience working with international buyers will be given preference.
We are considering candidates across different experience levels, from entry-level positions up to Senior Executive, depending on their skills, experience, and suitability.
Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, silhouettes, colors, and fashion trends.
Good knowledge of the international apparel market and buyer expectations.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in relevant design software is preferred.
Knowledge of CLO 3D and other 3D apparel design software will be an advantage.
