Job Responsibilities

• Promote and market our real estate projects
• Generate new leads through online and offline marketing
• Communicate professionally with potential customers
• Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Arrange property visits and meetings with clients
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful sales
• Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets
• Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and property exhibitions
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports
