Additional Requirements

Age 20 to 40 years

Exceptional fluency in English and Bengali (both written and spoken).
Proactive, target-oriented, and capable of handling work pressure independently.
Smart appearance, pleasing personality, and excellent presentation skills.
Prior experience in any study abroad consultancy, student recruitment, or corporate sales/customer service will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context

Student Counseling: Provide professional guidance and career counseling to students and parents regarding study abroad destinations (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, etc.), course selection and university admission requirements.
Admission & Application Processing: Handle the end-to-end application process, including filling out university forms, preparing SOPs (Statement of Purpose), CVs and managing institutional correspondence.
Visa Processing Guidance: Assist students with visa application documentation, financial file preparation and interview grooming as per embassy guidelines.
University & Partner Relationship: Maintain regular communication with international university representatives, global partners, and recruitment agents to stay updated on admission criteria, deadlines and scholarship opportunities.
Lead & Inquiry Management: Respond promptly to inquiries received via phone, email, social media and walk-in consultations, converting leads into successful student enrollments.
Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all student files, application statuses and progress tracking in the CRM or database.
Event & Promotion Support: Assist management in organizing education fairs, seminars, info-sessions and promotional activities.
Team Leadership & Target Achievement: Supervise the counseling team, monitor daily operational workflows, and ensure individual and team performance targets are successfully met.
