Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Telecommunications, or a relevant technical discipline from a reputed university.
Work Experience
Years of Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on pre-sales, technical solution design, or project engineering experience in the Audio-Visual (AV), Low Voltage (ELV), or IT System Integration industry in Bangladesh.
Domain Expertise: Proven track record working with professional audio equipment, IP audio systems, conference solutions, matrix switchers, DSPs, and display solutions (Direct-view LED / Video Walls).
Technical Competencies & Certifications
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD (for AV floor plans and single-line diagrams), Visio, MS Excel (advanced BOQ modelling), and AV simulation tools (e.g., EASE acoustic software).
Network & AV Protocols: Strong grasp of IP networking, Audio-over-IP (Dante/AES67), TCP/IP, SIP, and AV control protocols.
Certifications (Preferred): CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) by AVIXA is a major advantage. OEM certifications in professional audio/video platforms or enterprise networking (CCNA / HCIA) are a plus.
Soft Skills
Communication: Excellent presentation and technical storytelling skills in both Bengali and English.
Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to translate complex client business needs into practical, cost-effective technical solution architectures.
Mobility: Willingness to travel across Bangladesh for site assessments, client demos, and major deployment kickoffs.
The Pre-Sales Specialist will be responsible for technical solution design, product positioning, bill of materials (BOQ) preparation, and tender/RFP evaluation for the ITC AV product line. This role bridges the gap between client requirements, sales objectives, and technical implementation across corporate, government, education, and commercial sectors in Bangladesh.
Responsibilities
A. Technical Solution Design & Architecture
End-to-End Design: Design complete AV solutions utilizing the ITC product portfolio, including Public Address (PA) & Voice Alarm systems, IP Audio/Intercom, Paperless Conference systems, Sound Reinforcement, Video Conferencing, and LED/Video Walls.
Site Survey & Assessment: Conduct comprehensive site surveys, analyze room acoustics, spatial layout, and technical specifications to create tailored AV layouts and system diagrams.
B. RFP / RFQ & Proposal Management
Tender Evaluation: Review tender documents, RFPs, and RFQs to draft technical compliance sheets, architectural diagrams, and functional scope documents.
BOQ & Costing: Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ), price estimation, and technical submittals for small to enterprise-scale system integration projects.
C. Business Development & Sales Enablement
Demos & Presentations: Conduct technical product presentations and proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations for corporate clients, enterprise accounts, government stakeholders, and system integrators.
Internal & Partner Training: Train internal sales teams and channel partners on ITC AV product feature sets, competitive edges, and target application scenarios.
D. Partner & Vendor Coordination
OEM Coordination: Coordinate directly with ITC global technical support teams for complex solution validation, software integrations, and custom product configurations.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on global AV industry trends, competitor product lineups, and Bangladesh market dynamics.
