Preferred degrees are Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Master of Business Administration in Finance

Preferred Industry Type are Accounting / Auditing, FMCG, Manufacturing and Production, Manufacturing

Experience must be within 5-7 years

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel , including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and dashboard preparation

Good understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, costing, inventory, and treasury operations

Experience in MIS, ERP/accounting software , and data analysis

Strong knowledge of internal controls, financial compliance, and reconciliation

Ability to analyze large volumes of data and present clear insights to Management

Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines

Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities

Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Beverage industry will be an advantage

Professional qualification such as CA (CC), CMA, ACCA, or partly qualified will be an added advantage

High level of integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and professionalism.

Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS, management reports, and business dashboards.
Manage sales, stock, and inventory reporting, including dispatch, reconciliation, and dealer stock control.
Prepare product costing, budgets, and variance analysis to support financial planning.
Oversee treasury operations, including payment approvals, bank reconciliation, LC management, and banking activities.
Maintain fixed asset records, inventory aging schedules, and other financial reports.
Calculate sales incentives, depot commissions, and other financial provisions.
Ensure data accuracy, financial compliance, and adherence to internal control procedures.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting and operational efficiency.
Prepare board meeting presentations, conduct internal training, and participate in inter-departmental meetings.
Perform any other finance and accounts-related responsibilities assigned by Management.
