Responsibilities & Context

Manage and ensure the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
Maintain office supplies, inventory, assets, and administrative records.
Coordinate office maintenance, cleanliness, security, and facility management.
Communicate and coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other external parties.
Monitor and manage office utility services and administrative requirements.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure necessary administrative support.
Assist in arranging meetings, training sessions, events, and other company activities.
Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and administrative reports.
Monitor office equipment and coordinate repairs and maintenance when necessary.
Support employee transportation, accommodation, or other operational requirements, where applicable.
Ensure a professional, organized, and productive workplace environment.
Perform other administrative duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
