The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Spinning

At least 3 years of working experience in the Manufacturing company as a Senior Executive (Accounts & Finance)·
Sound practical knowledge about Tax & VAT, RJSC works etc.·
Sound understanding of export oriented business operations, import & export L/C and foreign currency transactions·
Candidates with relevant experience in 100% spinning, textile and garments industries will be preferred.·
Strong practical knowledge of financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, taxation, VAT, treasury, banking and working capital management.·
Ability to work independently manage the Finance & Accounts function.

· Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual financial statements.

· Process all voucher through proper accounting code

· Manage financial planning, working capital, cash flow and treasury operations.

· Oversee banking facilities, LC operations, export proceeds, foreign currency transactions and trade finance.

· Ensure compliance with applicable Income Tax, VAT, Companies Act, Customs, Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory requirements.

· Supervise cost accounting, product costing, inventory accounting, production cost analysis and variance analysis for spinning mill operations.

· Coordinate with internal and external auditors, banks, tax and VAT authorities, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.

· Strong proficiency in ERP/accounting software and improve financial reporting and control processes.
