Senior Electrical Engineer (QS & Site Engineer)

• Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in EEE
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

AutoCAD / Revit Electrical (BIM) Electrical Drawing, Quantity Surveying (QS) & Cost Estimation Software (e.g., Cubicost / CostX), Electrical Load Calculation & Substation Design etc

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Electric Wire/Cable, Building & Construction Materials

• Age 30 to 45 years

About you

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying / Electrical QS experience in Singapore / Bangladesh

• BSC or MSC Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline from BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET, DUET, SUST, JUST, PUST, NSTU, HSTU, MBSTU, PSTU, CVASU, BSMRAAU, BMU, IUT

• Strong experience in electrical/M&E quantity surveying within any construction projects

• Hands-on experience in electrical measurement, cost estimation, tender preparation, variation claims, progress claims, and final accounts

• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and contract documents

• Good knowledge of electrical materials, equipment, installation methods, and construction practices

• Familiarity with Singapore construction contracts, commercial practices, and relevant regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel; experience with QS/estimating software is an advantage

• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
