Position: Senior Digital Marketing Expert Vacancies: 3 Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite Salary Range: BDT 20,000 – 45,000 (Negotiable based on experience) Office Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Bogura
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Plan, develop, and execute high-performing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms
Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis
Lead content strategy, oversee email marketing, and nurture marketing funnels
Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement
Guide SEO and content marketing initiatives for organic growth
Coordinate with the design and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
Mentor and support junior marketing team members
𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲:
Proven experience (3+ years) in a digital marketing role
Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.), and analytics platforms
Strong content marketing and copywriting skills
Deep understanding of marketing funnels, retargeting strategies, and conversion optimization
Ability to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership and team management capabilities
𝗣𝗹𝘂𝘀 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀:
Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint Certification
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Knowledge of marketing automation systems
Creative thinking and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
