Requirements

Deep GA4 and GTM implementation experience, including event architecture, custom dimensions and metrics, server-side tagging, and debugging with Tag Assistant and DevTools.
Fluency with dataLayer design and specification.
Comfort in code (JavaScript for GTM, SQL for querying and transformation) rather than relying on the UI alone.
Experience building data pipelines and warehousing strategies with BigQuery or an equivalent platform.
A track record of building dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, and/or Power BI that drive decisions, not just display metrics.
Experience running CRO programs with A/B and multivariate testing tools.
Professional fluency in spoken and written English. You will run live client calls and write client-facing documentation, so you need to explain a misfiring tag to a CMO in plain language, in real time, and write a clear recap afterward without editing help.
Five or more years in an agency or consultancy where you personally owned the client or stakeholder relationship, including running your own calls and presenting your own analysis. Managing multiple concurrent accounts is required, not a bonus.
The salary range for this position is $90
