Senior Content Manager/ Mid Level Content Manager

The Senior Content Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Adabar, Dhaka. This role is responsible for leading content strategy across digital and offline channels, ensuring that Beautyology’s brand voice is consistent, inclusive, and aligned with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning editorial calendars, writing and editing long- and short-form content, and coordinating with marketing, product, and design teams to develop campaigns and product stories. The Senior Content Manager will oversee content performance analytics, optimize content for engagement and conversion, and manage external writers or agencies as needed. This role also involves guiding brand storytelling, maintaining style guidelines, and supporting launches, promotions, and educational skincare content.

Qualifications

• Content leadership and strategy skills, including developing editorial calendars, defining brand voice, and aligning content with marketing and business goals.
• Strong writing and editing abilities for web, email, social media, and campaign copy, with excellent grammar, clarity, and attention to detail.
• Experience in content optimization and digital marketing, including SEO awareness, audience segmentation, and data-driven content improvements.
• Background in skincare, beauty, wellness, or a related consumer brand sector, with the ability to translate product benefits into clear, compelling stories.
• Proficiency in using content management systems and collaboration tools, and familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics dashboards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritize multiple deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on-site.
