Role Description The Senior Content Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohammadpur Thana. This role is responsible for leading content strategy across digital and offline channels, ensuring that Beautyology’s brand voice is consistent, inclusive, and aligned with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning editorial calendars, writing and editing long- and short-form content, and coordinating with marketing, product, and design teams to develop campaigns and product stories. The Senior Content Manager will oversee content performance analytics, optimize content for engagement and conversion, and manage external writers or agencies as needed. This role also involves guiding brand storytelling, maintaining style guidelines, and supporting launches, promotions, and educational skincare content.
