• Recruit and counsel Bangladeshi students for higher education opportunities in Malaysia.
• Manage the complete Malaysian university admission and student visa application process.
• Maintain strong knowledge of EMGS, VAL and Malaysian student visa requirements.
• Assess students’ academic profiles and recommend suitable universities, courses and study pathways.
• Generate new student leads and successfully convert enquiries into applications and enrolments.
• Maintain a proven record of student recruitment from Bangladesh to Malaysia and achieve assigned recruitment targets.
• Review and verify admission, financial and visa documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate professionally with Malaysian universities, colleges, EMGS and relevant partners regarding applications.
• Maintain regular student follow-ups and accurately update leads, applications and outcomes in the company CRM.
• Support seminars, education fairs, social media campaigns and other marketing activities to expand AIEC’s Malaysian student recruitment.
