4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ERP systems implementation.
Proven experience in ERP systems, with expertise in construction ERP solutions (e.g., Procore, Viewpoint, Sage).
Strong understanding of resource planning, allocation, and project management concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Experience in leading requirements-gathering workshops and facilitating stakeholder meetings.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Certification in business analysis or project management is a plus.
