Senior Brand Manager

• Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Define and evolve UCBD's brand positioning, promise, personality, and messaging framework as the pioneer of international education in Bangladesh.
• Sharpen differentiation against private universities, study-abroad consultancies, and emerging transnational education providers.
• Develop the brand architecture across partner programs (Monash College MUFY/MCD, University of
• London - LSE, University of Lancashire) and UCBD's own foundation programs, ensuring clear roles and relationships.
• Translate institutional milestones — new partner programs, campus expansion, graduation outcomes into brand narratives.
• Partner Co-Branding & Governance
• Own the UCBD brand identity system: logo, visual language, tone of voice, and brand guidelines in English and Bangla.
• Ensure all communication complies with the co-branding guidelines of Monash College, University of London - LSE, and University of Lancashire; act as the brand liaison with partner marketing teams.
• Review and approve creatives, collaterals, campus signage, merchandise, and department-level communication for brand compliance across Dhaka and Chattogram.
• Train internal teams, counselors, and agency partners on correct brand usage.
• Brand Building & Equity
• Plan and lead brand campaigns that build awareness, consideration, and trust among target students and parents — positioning UCBD as a credible alternative to going abroad.
• Shape the brand narrative in flagship moments — graduation ceremonies, orientation, summer schools, school outreach events, and industry partnerships.
• Partner with PR and communications on media coverage, thought leadership, and reputation in national and education media.
• Drive internal branding so students, faculty, staff, and alumni become authentic brand ambassadors, amplifying student success stories and progression outcomes to Monash, UoL, and Lancashire degrees.
• Brand Measurement
• Define and track brand health metrics — awareness, consideration, perception, and trust — among students, parents, and school counselors in Dhaka, Chattogram, and other key cities.
• Monitor share of voice and sentiment versus competing institutions and study-abroad pathways; report brand performance to leadership.
• Use insights to refine positioning, messaging, and campaign briefs across intakes.
• Stakeholder & Agency Management
• Brief and manage brand, creative, and research agency partners; own quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Advise leadership, admissions, and academic heads on brand implications of institutional decisions.
• Mentor junior brand, design, and content team members

Universal College Bangladesh (UCBD) is seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead and strengthen its brand positioning in Bangladesh’s international higher education sector. The role involves developing brand strategy, positioning, messaging, brand architecture, and communication standards while ensuring compliance with international partner guidelines. The candidate will lead brand campaigns, manage brand equity, monitor awareness and perception, coordinate PR activities, and oversee creative and research agencies. The position also requires collaboration with admissions, academic, leadership, and partner teams across Dhaka and Chattogram. Applicants should have a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field and 8–10 years of core brand management experience.
